1. Services

Hodge Performance LLC ("we", "us", "Hodge Performance") provides in-person athlete training sessions and access to an online video training library for wide receivers. By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use our services. Athletes under 18 must have a parent or guardian's consent to participate in training sessions and purchase services.

3. Payments

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By purchasing a subscription or session, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method.

Subscription plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. Prices are listed in US dollars.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial periods.

Session bookings may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. No-shows or late cancellations may be forfeited without refund at our discretion.

5. Video Library

Access to the online training library is granted to subscribers only. Content is for personal use and may not be shared, downloaded, or redistributed. We reserve the right to update or remove content at any time.

6. Physical Activity Disclaimer

Athletic training involves physical activity and inherent risk of injury. By participating, you acknowledge that you are physically capable of engaging in the training activities and assume all risk of injury. Hodge Performance LLC is not liable for any injury sustained during training sessions.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website and in the training library, including videos, text, and graphics, is the property of Hodge Performance LLC. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hodge Performance LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hinds County, Mississippi.
